Evening Meditations

Event Description:

Through meditation learn how to relax your mind, sharpen your concentration and generally begin feeling more energized and refreshed. Meditation will provide you with new tools for dealing with stress, anxiety and problems while helping you to overcome negative states of mind and to cultivate positive mindsets. Let our instructor guide you through different ways of meditation that will have you feeling more centered.

Guided Meditation- through guided imagery instructor leads you through peaceful meditation.

Mindful Meditation- instructor helps with mindfulness in meditation causing you to focus on body and breath while tuning into you body.

Mantra Meditation- a word or phrase is used to help rid the mind of all the many thoughts that flow through our brains each day.
